Introducing our new Director of Sales and Marketing

We would like to take a moment to introduce the newest member of our Vapor Wheels family. Meet Ryan Baker, our new Director of Sales and Marketing. 

Ryan may be a familiar face to a lot of you. Ryan joined our team a few months ago and was able to meet and chat with all sorts of attendees out at the Abilities Expo LA earlier this month. Ryan has an infectious personality and inspires others at every opportunity. 

He is the co-founder and co-inventor of Wheel Chair Lacrosse USA — the first adaptive organization to bring the game of lacrosse to disabled athletes. He started the sport in 2009 with a few friends in San Diego and the organization has now grown to more than 30 teams in the US and Canada.

Ryan is also the host of The Twisted Spine, a podcast he created to a mission to alleviate the fear of the unknown by providing clear answers and practical solutions for individuals and their families whose lives have been impacted by spinal cord injury.

Ryan’s SCI injury came the day after he graduated from high school. He was asleep and a passenger in a car accident that resulted in paralysis at the 6th thoracic vertebrae. 

Ryan has vast knowledge and education in the wheel chair industry with a special talent for helping educate customers with their purchase, specific to their needs. We are very honored to have him as part of our Vapor Family.
